Promise Acres Equine Rescue

Providing Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Rehoming services for horses in need.

Promise Acres is an equine rescue, rehab, & rehoming facility. Our goal is to improve the well being of the horses who enter our gates & to educate the youth of today to become better people of tomorrow. Thereby helping to end the cycle of abuse.

***News Flash***

We have relocated our facility to a new property in Avon Park, FL. This property is a "diamond in the rough" but we believe it has great potential. We are in dire need of fencing and building supplies as the property had no fencing or facilities. We know this is quite a mountain to climb but we believe we were brought to it, and that we will successfully climb it. Thank you for your support.

Education is one of the best tools in preventing the mistreatment of animals whether intentional or not. Promise Acres provides presentations which cover respect and responsibilty in a fun and informative format. Our goal is to give children the tools necessary to make responsible choices about the care and treatment of animals, which also carries over into various life encounters with friends and family.
